Prices & Payment
We accept card payments by Visa and MasterCard. The full amount will be charged on the date of the shipment (i.e. when the package is dispatched). If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include Swedish VAT 25 %.

Security
Your online payment is secured through the use of payment systems from DIBS(www.dibspayment.com). The DIBS systems are approved by all swedish banks and are certified in accordance with PCI DSS by VISA and MasterCard to handle payment transactions of the highest security class. All communication between the shop and your bank is handled by DIBS and encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). You can see that a page is secure by looking at the padlock symbol in the lower right corner of your web browser and that the web adress start with a https://
Café ett will not have access to your card information and can not store information about it.
DIBS also supports 3D secure to identify the card holder thereby reducing the risk of abuse of your card information. If your card is connected to 3D secure you will be re-directed to your bank for verification before the transaction is completed. Shipping (selected countries within the EU and outside EU)
We use DHL Express door to door delivery. Freight costs are calculated automatically in the basket when the destination is selected.

Important for non-EU customers
For delivery outside the EU the local customs authorities can collect VAT and duty as well as other levy dues. Café ett is not liable for whether or not the local customs authorities collect these taxes etc. It is the customer’s own responsibility to pay these tax and duty, even though these are not specified in the order confirmation or the invoice, given that no such amounts are of any concern of Café ett.

An extra fee for Remote Area Surcharge = RAS is placed on the payment if the city / region is a bit remote. Currently, the fee is 15 euro Swedish VAT 25 % and will be charged to your card before delivery. If your city or region is not occuring in DHL Ras Check, no extra fee will be charged to you.
Returns & Exchanges
We will accept returns and exchanges on all products, except products on sale, if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Within 14 days after delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of products, which you must return to us unopened and in perfect condition, accompanied by the original invoice. Open bags of coffee are not refunded unless it is damage under delivery.
All types of damage goods must be reported to nearest DHL customer service and you need to send case number to us for approval of your claim.
You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Café ett. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense.
Refunds for returned products will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card.
When shipping to countries outside of the EU, the Tax, VAT or other local fees will not be refunded to the customer.
Exchanges
Send an email to info@cafeett.se with a brief description of your exchange, as well as the ordering number.

Upon receipt of package, we will send you the new item free of charge.
All exchanges are subject to availability. Items bought on sale will not be exchanged.
We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund or exchange cannot be granted.
