Emmy Gatsinga and her plantation represents everything amazing in Rwanda.
And she is one of the most dedicated organic growers we met. Her farm with 35 small farmers, is handled carefully without chemicals or artificial fertilizers, just a few cows who walk around and fertilize the coffee trees in a very natural way.
The body is medium-rich and the mouthfeel is soft creamy while the aftertaste leap of light lemon acidity.
