The coffee is alive and strong with plenty of fermented berries and much typical process of nature.
This 14-acre farm has 6 hectares with typica-trees that are up to 50 years old. In addition the small amount of bourbon, Pacha and San Ramon.
Another young part has 3.5 hectares red bourbon. This year has also Pacamara and Geisha planted on the farm.
Emporium is located at 1600-1725 m altitude. The farm is undergoing organic certification and the same production that exists in Los Lajones is implemented here.

Process:The berries are picked by hand when they are fully ripe. The beans are dried with the pulp, on African elevated bed directly on the farm for about 12 days. Then transported to the processing station where the best beans are sorted out. Beans are vacuum packed before shipment to the roastery in Tullinge.
