Juan Ramon himself has inherited the farm from their parents. The farm is 18 hectares, is located at 1600 meters altitude in a rather hilly area, making it extra difficult to harvest coffee.
Harvesting is by hand, which is important for Juan Ramon to get the quality they seek.

Growing conditions: 1600 m.a.s.
Roasting: The coffee is roasted by hand and roast slowly to allow time for flavors to develop thoroughly
Flavour: Clear, sweet, floral, and balanced with hints of apple and fresh fruit
Brewing tips: Suitable for AeroPress, standard coffemaker and french press
